Traditional Uzbek-style baked pastry made with a soft, layered dough. Prepared using flour-based dough enriched with butter, yoghurt, and a touch of salt for a rich and slightly tangy flavor.

Filled with a savory mixture of minced beef (keema), fresh onions, and a blend of classic seasonings, then baked until golden and crispy on the outside while remaining juicy inside.

Dough (flour, butter, yoghurt, salt), minced beef, onion, spices, egg and sesame seeds.
